While leashed dogs are welcome throughout Heritage Park, step into the dog zone for off leash fun! This pupular destination is full of new friends, so shy dogs may prefer to stay on the bike trails with you! Bring your own water bowl to help your pup cool down, and a toy to play with, as the off leash section is somewhat small.

Sunny Isles

Sunny Isles, just north of the Central Sunny Isles Beach, is another of the town’s neighborhoods that picks up on the naming theme. This neighborhood is a great place to stop for a bite. Tony Roma’s is a local favorite that serves up bold flavors and good portions. Choose from steakhouse favorites or slow roasted ribs! Your dog can join you at their outdoor tables, leaving plenty of room for you to pick a spot your pup likes best. They also have a window counter for ordering, so you don’t have to leave your pup outside while you go in to order!

Central Sunny Isles Beach

Central Sunny Isles Beach is a busy neighborhood for dogs! Start your day with a trip to Town Center Park! This small community park features paths for dog-walking, jogging, and biking. You can also head to Gilbert Samson Oceanfront Park for a different experience. This park lets you get out of the city without leaving its comforts. It has charging stations and WiFi throughout the park! It also has incredible views. Finally, if you’ve worked up an appetite, stop at Wolsen Caffe. This Caffe serves breakfast and brunch style classics all day! They have plenty of outdoor tables perfect for a filling meal or relaxing cup of coffee with your dog.

Eastern Shores

Start your exploration of Eastern Shores with a trip to Pier Park! This simple park is a great place to walk your dog by the water.
