The National Tiger Sanctuary, located in Saddlebrooke, Missouri (about 15 miles outside of Branson) is the residence of tigers as well as other exotic and domestic animals. Tours are available, one of which offers the opportunity for visitors to feed the tigers. Dogs are welcome as long as they are on their leash and you clean up any mess. Your pup will find the sights and sounds at the sanctuary interesting and will appreciate the opportunity to be outdoors on a nice day. Make sure to bring some treats as they will be helpful should you need to distract your pooch.

Located in Independence, Missouri, the Twin Drive-In Theater is one of the oldest 50's-style drive-in movie theaters in the United States. Dogs are welcome, so go ahead and bring your pup to the theater, where the two of you can enjoy two new releases for the price of one. A concession stand is available so that you can purchase snacks. If you love cuddling with your pup while watching a movie, the Twin Drive-In Theater is the perfect place for you and your pup to catch a flick together!
On a nice day in Missouri, it is the perfect time to walk along the St. Louis Walk of Fame. Located on Delmar Boulevard, the Walk of Fame consists of more than 100 brass stars embedded in the sidewalk. You will come across stars and plaques honoring folks like Maya Angelou, William Burroughs, Miles Davis, Robert Duval, Tennessee Williams and many more. Delmar Boulevard is part of the attraction of the Walk of Fame. Unique shops and restaurants line the street and many businesses will welcome your dog inside-just ask permission first!
