Within 24 hours, the little boy's mother, Ginger Clement Breaux, posted on the video and confirmed the boy in the footage was her son Josh. Josh's dog had recently passed away and he was hugging his neighbors dog to help him feel better. The neighbor has agreed to let Josh stay and play anytime he wants. <3
