Photos with Santa at Panther Island Brewing
Braveheart Animal Rescue will be at Panther Island Brewing in Fort Worth, Texas during December offering a fun time with you and your pet. This free event features Santa Paws who will be on-site from 5 pm to 9 pm for festive holiday photos with you and your pooch.
While admission is free, photos will be available for purchase. With each purchase of a photo, you will be given a free beer from Panther Island Brewing. All proceeds from the photographs go directly to Braveheart Animal Rescue to help the rescue care for more homeless animals in need this holiday season.

Holiday Wonder Dallas Dog Days of Christmas
Head over to Fair Park in Dallas, Texas, for a little Christmas magic each year. Running five days each holiday season, you and your dog can enjoy looking at festive holiday lanterns set up in beautiful displays.
During the winter season, dogs are allowed in the park on specified days in November, December and January.
Tickets are $20 per adult and $12 for children between the ages of three and 12. Children under three get in for free! A family four-pack of tickets is $54 for two adults and two children.
Dogs are allowed in the park from 5:30 pm to 10. All dogs in the park must be leashed and under control.

Wags and Waves
Every September, dogs get to cool off at the best water event of the season: Wag and Waves! Hawaiian Falls Garland Park hosts hundreds of dogs, humans, vendors, and more during this fun event.
Throw on your bathing suit and float down the lazy river with your dog or catch some waves at the Waikiki Beach Wave Pool! Browse through great products at vendor booths, and pick up a goodie bag filled with great products for your pooch. A professional photographer is on-site, so you can get great photos of your dog as well.
There is a separate section for small dogs to safely play.
Tickets are $22 per person. Each person is allowed two dogs.

Deep Ellum Pet Parade
Every April, the Arts Festival comes to Deep Ellum, which means that the pet parade is back. Sign up your pet for a fun walk through one of the artsiest districts of Dallas to celebrate both art and pets! Hundreds of dogs and dog owners take part in the parade each year.
Registration can be done online prior to the event, but day-of registration begins at 11 am the morning of, and the parade starts at noon. After the parade, be sure to take part in one of the great contests: best costume, best personality, and best trick! Contests take place at the Deep Ellum Texas Stage.

The two-day Dallas Pet Expo comes to town every May, and you and your pooch won’t want to miss it! Join hundreds of other pet lovers during the month of May for shopping, playing, learning, and more.
Exhibitors will be on-site with great products, and there will be tons of giveaways with prizes for both dogs and humans. Discounted vaccines, microchips, and heartworm preventatives will be available, along with free nail trims for all dogs!
Saturday, the expo runs from 10 am to 5 pm. On Sunday, the day starts at 11 am and ends at 4 pm.
