Orange, California is a quaint Cali town with a big heart for animals, and not just because it's got a great zoo (but that's an article for another time). Orange, like most Cali areas, has love for its doggos, and luckily, there's plenty of things for you and your pup to do together in the area.
There's even plenty of shelters located in the city, too. One of them, the Orange County Humane Society is a no-kill shelter that's served tens of thousands of animals since its inception in 1949. This shelter is dedicated to the protection of abused, unwanted, neglected and under-appreciated animals.
Another organization that's popular in the area is the 4Life Animal Rescue! This 501(c)3 organization in Orange County is dedicated to saving the lives of orphaned pups. They focus on adoption, fostering programs, donating, and volunteering!
If you are looking for a new furry pal, check out either of these great establishments! No room for a new pet but still want to help? No worries! Both of these shelters would be happy to have donations of your time, money or funds so that they can keep doing what they do best - save animals!
Well, you and your pooch are in for a treat!
Check out the Dog Ranch's Annual Snow Day! You and your pup can enjoy a day of live entertainment, fun, food, and friendship at the Dog Ranch. Watch as it's turned into a winter wonderland! Enjoy the sun, surf, and a ton of snow with your pooch while you guys chow down on delicious food, meet other pooches, and bond the day away!
