Hello! My name is Venecia, I am a student at my local community college and I’m very excited to meet and be able to walk dogs. I’ve always wanted to be a dog walker, but didn’t know many people with dogs in my personal life so here I am taking a leap of faith and trying out Wag!

I am retired from the banking industry after 34 years. I enjoy walking , the outdoors, and love all animals. I have always been around dogs and cats growing up and still have a dog and cat in my home. After hearing about Wag!, I knew this was a perfect fit for me. I look forward to meeting new fur babies and giving them the attention and exercise they need when you're away!

Hi my name is Paulina. I've had experience with dogs my whole life: small dogs, medium size and large dogs from every type of breed. I used to own four miniature Pinsher, one Shitzu and one black lab. I enjoy spending time with dogs, taking them on walks, feeding them and spoiling them. I'm an animal lover so I enjoy being around any type of animal especially dogs! Currently I own a husky and shepherd mix, so you can imagine how active and full of love my life is filled with.

“I am here to adapt to you and your pups needs!”
I have experience as a dog walker, and I’ve worked at a doggy daycare as well. In the past I’ve had to take groups of dogs on hikes, supervised playgroups, and was responsible for feedings and administering medication. I have a rowdy german shepherd and a mellow yellow lab at home, so I understand different dogs have different needs. If your dog prefers a walk where they exercise their nose, or if they need to expend a lot of energy, let me know and I will accommodate you and your furry friend.

“I treat your fur babies like they're my own!”
My name is Hailey, I am 22 years old and I love dogs! I currently work as a veterinary assistant and am looking for ways to spend more time with my favorite animals. I am a life long dog owner, and have a soft spot for large breeds like labs and goldens, but am happy to spend time with any fur baby!

I spent most my life in the Fremont area currently living in Lodi but frequent the Bay Area. I've always had dogs, grew up with several breeds from toy fox terriers, westies, and pekingnese to boxers, labs, and shepards. I'm a huge animal lover and have had many different types of pets besides dogs as well, my first pet was rat named Black Beauty. Right now I am happy to share my life with, Copper a Basset hound mix and Penny a smooth coated terrier mix, they are my babies. Before these two munchkins I had a boxer named Buffy and a Xoloitzcuintli named Spike. Sadly both died from cancer, at 9 and 11 years old.
Hi, I'm Miranda! I've had a love for all animals since I was very young and have a lot of experience taking care of dogs. I own a husky/plott hound mix and have worked as a sitter and walker for other dogs of all sizes. I'm very active and would love to keep your dog happy and healthy by giving them regular walks. I look forward to meeting new dogs and caring for them as well as making sure you get the best Wag experience possible!

“dog walker who loves your dog as much as their own”
Hi! I'm Jodi and I'll be walking in the Bay Area. I have grown up loving animals having three beautiful dogs of my own. Each has their own personality and range from a Morkie to a Labradoodle. I also spent some time working at the local SPCA meaning I've handled so many different breeds and needs. I’m currently helping train service dogs, and the training experience has helped me in so many situations. I am so excited and cannot wait to meet your dogs!

If you love taking your dog with you everywhere you go, you’ll feel right at home in Stockton! With plenty of dog-friendly walks, parks, and attractions, this city in San Joaquin County boasts a stack of great experiences to share with your pooch.
Happily, it’s also served by a number of pet-acular welfare and rescue groups that are always ready to take action to help animals in need. Animal Protection League is one of those groups. With a mission to support the Stockton Animal Shelter and the community it serves, this non-profit volunteer organization was founded in 1996. It rescues stray and abandoned animals at the San Joaquin County/City of Stockton Animal Shelter, and works in tandem with rescue organizations in California, Oregon and Washington to help those pets find forever homes.
Delta Humane Society & SPCA is another champion of animal welfare in Stockton. Established in 1966, this private, no-kill, non-profit animal shelter serves the pets of San Joaquin and surrounding counties.
With a mission to promote the humane treatment of animals and at the same time raise awareness of the bond between animals and humans, Delta Humane Society & SPCA relies strictly on donations to survive and thrive. If you’re looking for a local rescue group in need of assistance, it is always on the lookout for generous offers of support!
Cute costumes, delightful dogs, and a pet-friendly parade — that’s just a taste of what you can expect at Brentwood Bark in the Park. Hosted by the Brentwood Advisory Neighborhood Committee, this free family event brings together dozens of dogs dressed in an array of eye-catching and adorable costumes. These playful pets and their owners join forces for an entertaining Pet Parade, which is absolutely paw-fect for any pooch that loves being the center of attention! There’s also a host of vendors offering pet products, services, and information on the day, so grab your well-dressed dog and join in the fun!
Held on the first Thursday of every month, Stockton Food Truck Mania brings together a mouth-watering selection of some of the best food trucks in California. Presented by the San Joaquin County Park District and SactoMoFo, this ongoing event promises non-stop food, music, and family fun! It all takes place at Oak Grove Regional Park, and the best part is that all well-behaved animals on a leash are more than welcome! Whether you’re looking for tapas, ice cream, bacon-y goodness or a vegan feast, you’ll find whatever your tastebuds desire at this mutts-do event.
The annual Run & Walk Against Hunger is a Thanksgiving tradition in Stockton. Beginning and ending at the Stockton Ports Banner Island Ballpark, this 5K run/walk and 10K run benefit the Emergency Food Bank, an organization that provides food assistance and programs to the working poor in San Joaquin County. There’s even a quarter-mile run for kids, and awards for the top three place-getters in each age category. Best of all, leashed dogs are more than welcome to tackle the walk or run by your side.
Celebrate all things dog this October and raise money for a good cause at the same time. Barktoberfest is an annual dog-friendly fair and expo held to benefit Animal Rescue of Tracy, with all event proceeds put towards the care, feeding, and supplies of rescued dogs and cats. The best way to raise funds is to have fun, so Barktoberfest promises a day full of fun and entertainment for the whole family! Highlights include heaps of local vendors, activities for dogs and kids, live music, food, raffles, and demonstrations. There’s even a pet-acular doggy costume contest which is always a sight to behold, and you and your pooch will love every second of this paw-some community event.
As you can see from its rather lengthy name, this paw-some event packs in a whole lot of activities to guarantee plenty of tail-wagging fun! Held in nearby Tracy, this Halloween-themed run regularly draws plenty of eager athletes ready to work up a sweat. The highlight, however, is the Doggie Fun Run, which sees scores of dog lovers and their pets pounding the pavement. It’s a great excuse to get some fresh air and exercise with your dog, with proceeds from the event benefiting the West High Wolf Pack Cross Country Team.
