Hello I'm Tyler, I grew up in the Chicago suburbs with 3 labs. When I finished my hunter safety course my grandparents showed up with a black lab, we loved going on walks, hunting, fishing an swimming! Over the next few years we got a yellow lab and chocolate lab and all 3 loved each other and we're great hunters! I now have my brother living with me and his 1 year old boxer. He's still full of energy and loves running down the beach at the end of the day!

“Taking care of your pup's needs, a walk at a time!”
Hi! My name is Guillermo (aka Gilly) & dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I am a proud dog dad of two amazing rescues, Brewer (7) & Beastie (12). Both of my pups had traumatic pasts & have anxiety issues, so I had to undergo extensive training with a dog behaviorist to insure that our family could function as a unit. Our routine is regimented but full of love. I hope to put my years of experience with my guys to work for you & be the best walker for your pup!

When you think of a city in Florida, your mind probably immediately flashes to beach-side living, palm trees, and balmy weather - but not all of Florida looks the same. Brooksville, Florida is a quaint, middle-of-the-state town that celebrates the simple, good things in life. So, it makes sense that they'd want to celebrate pooches, doesn't it?
For such a small city, Brooksville has a surprising number of dog-friendly activities for pups, and though they're not topping any Pup-Friendliest Cities Lists as of yet, their love for dogs and encouragement to bring them around is constantly growing.
Much of this has to do with the shelters that serve the area, like the Humane Society of the Nature Coast. Open since the mid-60s, this non-profit, no-kill shelter has a no time limit policy that re-homes and helps rehabilitate orphaned or abandoned doggos in the area.
This shelter serves the Hernando, Pasco, and Citrus county areas and offers dozens of services. From sheltering, fostering, providing medical care, to educating the public, spaying and neutering strays, and promoting pet welfare, this shelter does it all while keeping animal safety and wellbeing at the forefront of their mission.
It's not as silly as it sounds - the Fur Ball is an annual event hosted by the Humane Society of the Nature Coast that helps benefit all the abandoned and orphaned doggos in the area! But more than that, it's the perfect excuse to bring your pup to a fun event. In its 14th year, the annual Fur Ball always takes on a fun theme. Last years? Fur Ball Gone Country. This event features good food, boot-stompin' and tail-waggin' fun, a silent auction, delicious drinks, and more! Don't miss out on this pawesome fundraiser that has an emphasis on fun!
Bark Bingo is exactly as it sounds - amazing, exciting, and a doggone good time. You and your pup can join up with other pawrents and their pooches at this exciting evening event full of Bingo, grand prizes, food, drinks, and fun!
You and your pooch only have to pay $30 to enter but have the chance to win up to $250. Make sure you sign up for this annual event, your pup will thank you! Keep your pooch on-leash and remember, you must be over 18 to attend!
Though not hosted by the Humane Society of the Nature Coast, this is a humane society encouraged event where walkers will be in the parade with adoptable pooches. You and your pup can join in on part of this Home for the Holidays event, watch the parade, and even be a part of it! Take your pup out for some Christmas cheer, and help find homes for the adoptable pooches while you're at it!
If you're looking for the perfect excuse to dress up your pup, we've got just the ticket! Join hundreds of other Brookesville pawrents and their pooches for a fun, and (more than likely) super-embarrassing, pet parade and costume contest in Hernando Park. Not only can you witness some truly hilarious costumes, you and your pooch can spend the day bonding, meeting other pups, and even have the chance of winning a grand prize! Don't miss out on this pup-tastic event, and definitely don't miss out on a chance to dress your dog up in something ridiculous and then parade him around town.
We can't even with this hilarious event! This paw hop is the ultimate doggy sock hop that you won't want to miss. You and your pup can dress up in 50s garb and paw hop the night away all while helping the local humane society raise funds to keep homeless and abandoned doggos safe and comfy. There's delicious food, of course, drinks, and obviously tons of pooches in attendance. Don't miss out!
