“You'll have peace of mind when I'm with your pup!”

I started volunteering with the local humane society years ago and within a month they hired me because of how great I handled and understood the dogs! Then I adopted my first dog! I truly believe that there are no bad dogs; just misunderstood ones. And they call me the "dog whisperer". I will give your pup all the love and care in the most professional manner. I take all safety precautions and will follow your directions.

Dog Boarding in Page Park

Situated roughly halfway between Fort Myers and Cape Coral, Page Park has easy access to a wide range of dog-friendly parks and attractions. The dogs of the area are also well looked after by a number of animal rescue and welfare organizations, such as the Animal Refuge Center.

Southwest Florida’s largest no-kill shelter and sanctuary, the Animal Refuge Center was founded in 1991. Established to provide an alternative to euthanasia for unwanted, healthy animals, the center has a simple philosophy: once an animal is accepted for adoption, it will not be destroyed to make room for another.

At busy times the Animal Refuge Center cares for over 500 animals, and those animals are given the care and shelter they need until they can find a loving forever home.

Gulf Coast Humane Society also works tirelessly to help unwanted and abused animals in Page Park and surrounding areas. Founded in 1947, the society was Southwest Florida’s first non-profit animal welfare organization. This no-kill group takes in more than 1,000 animals in need of care each year, offering refuge, providing medical care, and running a robust adoption program.

The shelter doesn’t receive any government funding and is also not affiliated with any national animal welfare organizations. As a result, it relies solely on generous donations, grants, bequests and fundraising events to continue to care for neglected and abandoned pets. You can help Gulf Coast Humane Society save the lives of more homeless animals by volunteering, making a donation, or adopting an animal in need of a home.
