“Your furry friend is in good hands with me!”

I have been caring for a variety of animals most of my life. I always had cats and dogs growing up. From a young age I learned how to care for animals and be responsible for them. I now have two big doggos of my own, mixed breeds. My boyfriend and I try to take them on daily walks and hikes. I am comfortable dealing with different breeds and sizes! I’ll always treat your dog like my own. Just know when your furry friend is with me they are in good hands!

“Dogs are a member of the family, not just a pet”

I have grown up with a dog since I was born, learning to walk beside my family's spaniel. After his passing, I was allowed to pick out a puppy: a golden lab/border collie mix. She is the sweetest, but has taught me what it means to be patient. She is still kicking, at almost 15 years old! She does suffer from doggie Alzheimer's; doesn't hear her name, or see you, but the way those ears go up when she catches your scent is truly priceless

I also volunteered with Pets Are Wonderful Support (PAWS) throughout high school. Dogs have been a big part of my life as long as I can remember, and I know they're a huge part of yours as well. Hi, my name is Bre. I absolutely adore dogs! I currently own four dogs (both big and small) which I’ve rescued from second chance. Dogs have been in my life since before I could walk and I plan on keeping it that way even long after I can’t walk anymore, haha (insert grandma emoji). I look forward to expanding my dog walking family to the many furry friends and their loving owners. Can’t wait to meet you all!

“I’ll wrestle your dogs, then sing them to sleep!”

I grew up in a household where anywhere between 2 and 5 dogs lived at a time. I helped train guide dog puppies through 4H before I was eleven years old. I was a gymnast for 10 years, and the strength from that allows me to control large, unruly dogs. I’m currently an opera singer, and live with my wife, two little children, and a little cockapoo named Eevee. I love pups of all sizes and ages, and can’t wait to meet your pup!

Dog Boarding in Park City

There are several animal rescue organizations serving the pets and people of Park City that are dedicated to mitigating pet overpopulation and placing each and every homeless animal into a responsible, loving home. Of these shelters, Nuzzles & Co is located right in Park City and offers a plethora of programs and services targeted at alleviating animal suffering, overpopulation, disease, and premature death.

Their dream is simple: a world where love wins and every animal has a home. Nuzzles & Co, formerly known as Friends of Animals Utah, was founded in 1990 by a group of animal loving citizens who saw the need for a safe haven for Park City's homeless animals. In their early days, the organization served as a rescue group that fostered animals until they were placed in permanent homes.

While committing their work to animal welfare, the rescue successfully lobbied for an animal control shelter in Summit County, which was built in 1995. Today, Nuzzles & Co operates their own adoption center and rescue ranch, both with state-of-the-art facilities to maximize the number of animals they can help, house, and find fur-ever homes!

Services available for the pets and people of the local community include adoptions, low-cost spay/neuter clinics, a foster program, and the Purple Paw program for domestic violence survivors. Every animal that comes into their care receives a veterinary evaluation, vaccinations, critical medical care, a spay/neuter procedure, and extensive behavior training, socialization, and enrichment. Since 1990, Nuzzles & Co has found homes for more than 15,000 animals as they continue to fulfil their mission to protect pets!

Summit County Utah Animal Control has operated a shelter and adoption center since 1995. In addition to serving Park City, they are a resource for the pets and people all over Summit County. The shelter takes in stray and unwanted animals with the end goal of adopting them into caring homes. Working with other local rescues, like Nuzzles & Co, they are able to achieve this goal and they never euthanize any healthy, adoptable animals! Summit County Animal Control provides animal refuge, dog licensing, adoption services, educational programs, lost and found animal reporting, and animal control law enforcement. It is their mission to promote spaying/neutering and responsible pet ownership for a future where every pet has a home.
