Dog Areas in Bluffview

Bluffview  is a small census designated area that’s technically an unincorporated part of Sumpter. It’s known for a few things (though not for its view of bluffs), its the home of Dr. Evermor’s Forevertron, the largest scrap metal sculpture in the world! Leash up your well-behaved dog and head into Dr. Evermor's Art Park for a photo op that absolutely can’t be missed! Just be sure to keep your dog from climbing on any sculptures; it is Art, after all!

Bluffview is well-served by nearby communities. If your pup needs medical care while you’re visiting Bluffview, head 10 miles south to Prairie Du Sauk for access to multiple veterinarians. With freeway speeds, Bluffview residents are closer to a vet than many city-dwellers who have them in their own city!

Bluffview’s small, residentially focused town is a great place to visit for anyone passing through the area. The small commercial center has hardware stores and the location of the now-defunct ammunitions plant that was once the big draw to the area. It’s a great place to walk around and breathe in small town Americana, and if you’re on a long drive it’s a great place to stretch your legs. Bluffview residents hope it stays as peaceful as it is today.
