Dog Areas in Boca Del Mar

While Boca del Mar is often classified under the umbrella term of Boca Raton, it is definitely its own place with a booming population of over 21,000 and plenty to see and do whether you are visiting or live there all year. This relaxing community is a prime location for enjoying the Florida sunshine and all that the state has to offer. Dog owners love residing in Boca because the warm temperatures make it ideal for exploring outdoors any time of day and any time of the year. There are several veterinarians in the Boca area to ensure your pets stay happy and healthy.

When you're in the Boca area, you MUST make the 27-minute drive with your dog to Performance Pups Freshwater Dog Beach in Dania Beach, Florida. The area is fenced-in and off-leash, and only dogs are permitted to swim in the freshwater lake. Beaches that are exclusively for dogs are often hard to find, and Performance Pups is one of the greatest and most accommodating dog activities there is! Think of it as a theme park for dogs where humans are encouraged to interact with their pets rather than just watching them run around. You and your dog will be so pleased you made the trip to this pawsome place where you're sure to make good memories with your pooch.
