After a day at Arbuckle Acres Park, head to Dawson's Too restaurant in central Brownsburg for a bite to eat. To access this park, you will need to purchase a Pooch Pass, which gets you entry into all four of Indianapolis's dog parks. Once you're in this park, your dog will have a blast playing with all of the regulars who frequent this park. Broad Ripple Dog Park also supplies waste bags to clean up after your pet.

This 94-acre park also has 3.5 miles of trails you can explore with your leashed dog and view over 400 plant species, as well as more than 200 bird species and various rabbits, deer, and foxes. While this park isn't an off-leash park, there is so much to do that your dog won't mind staying within a few feet of you as you explore together. There is a nature center within the park, but that's the only place in the park that your dog isn't allowed to join you.

Like most Indiana dog parks, the Plainfield Bark Park requires visitors to register and pay a yearly fee per dog to access the park. These fees go toward maintaining the park and making sure it remains a safe, clean, and fun place for dogs to play and exercise together. The Plainfield Bark Park has one side for dogs over 30 pounds, and another for small dogs.
