West Cheyenne/ Southwest Dr
When Fido needs some time to play off-leash, head out to the Cheyenne Community Nancy Mockler Dog Park located near the Animal Shelter on Southwest Drive. There are separate areas for small and older pups, and a large area for rambunctious dogs. The agility equipment is great if you want to train your pooch, and there is a water fountain available to make sure Fido stays hydrated. The pups can socialize while you chat with friends on one of the shaded benches. Poop bags are provided, but you might want to bring your own just in case they are out. Your pup will love spending time at the park and will be exhausted at the end of this adventure.

The Dell Range neighborhood features a wonderful area to spend time with Fido. Cahill Park offers a paved bike and walking path in addition to exercise equipment, a playground, and soccer fields. This is just one of the trailhead access points where you can get on the path and travel over 7 miles through parks and fields. Eventually, the hiking trail meets up with the Yellowstone Road.
