While there is plenty of adventure to be had in Cudahy, there are plenty of good spots where you can kick back and relax, too. Just south of central Cudahy is the Sheridan Boutique Hotel and Cafe, and there is plenty of dog-friendly seating on their outdoor patio which is located in the back of the cafe. Cudahy has its very own dog park known as the Warnimont Park Dog Exercise Area. This off-leash park is fenced in and it even has a separate area for smaller dogs. There are various wood-chipped trails throughout the park, and along the way, there is plenty of seating and tables. This park doesn't have a water fountain so be sure to bring some of your own for when Rover gets thirsty. Warnimont Park requires a permit for use, but the small fee is worth it for all of the fun times you and your dog are sure to have here!

The Granville Dog Park is only a half-hour drive from Cudahy, and this large park offers over 10 acres of prime roaming opportunities. It also has creeks and plenty of walking trails throughout the park, and you'll find waste bags, bins, and seating for your convenience as well. You'll need a dog permit to attend this park, but the permit will give you access to several dog parks in Milwaukee area.

Mitchell Park is a 450-acre park that is a hub of activity in the community, from sporting events, family gatherings, biking, hiking, and more. There is a 14-acre dog park within Mitchell Park, and while pets are permitted to be off-leash here, the entrance isn't entirely fenced, so you'll want to keep an extra close eye on your dog and make sure they have good recall skills. The park has trails, creeks, shade, seating, and everything else you need for a great day at the dog park.

Estabrook Park Dog Exercise Area is a three-acre space for dogs to run and play off-leash in Milwaukee, and it's only a 20-minute drive from Cudahy. This park is fully fenced in, and it also has separate areas for dogs of different sizes. There are plenty of trails just outside of the park's perimeter where you and your dog can exercise together, but on these trails, they must be on a leash. Within the off-leash park, there are doggy clean-up stations, seating, a pavilion, and water dishes. Please note this park requires either a daily or a yearly permit to visit.
