Eunice is a thriving community nestled within the historic region of southern Louisiana. Split between Acadia and Saint Landry parishes, Eunice is best known for being the capital of Cajun music. In fact, Eunice is even home to the Cajun Music Hall of Fame and Museum! The whole town jams out to classic Cajun tunes every Saturday night at the Liberty Theatre.

Un-fur-tunately, Eunice doesn't have much to offer pet owners when it comes to outdoor adventures. But if you and your hound love to pig out, Eunice is the pawfect vacation destination! Tired of fast food and drive-through fare? Zeus Café Eunice in the downtown area is a great place to soak up the local hospitality and enjoy some Mediterranean cuisine. Greek and Lebanese dishes are served in a home-like and relaxed environment, and you can always bring a furry baby along with you! (Provided they're on a leash, of course.)

Cajun Prairie Gardens is the only outdoor entertainment you have in Eunice, and pooches are allowed to join you here. This quiet and green area offers a variety of plants and blossoming flowers to enjoy and a few walking paths to explore. Cajun Prairie Gardens hosts multiple local events, so make sure to check the schedule before visiting.
