Falls Church is a small city in the state of Virginia. Included in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, this historic area was involved in both the American Revolutionary War and the American Civil War. Today, Falls Church is a popular place for young families, including pet owners. Pet parents will find 10 veterinarians within the city's limits.

Although Falls Church is a small, quiet community, it does offer a few amenities for pets and their parents. Spend some time exploring the trails at Roundtree Park, or check out West End Park.

Adventuring can be tiresome, and if you need a place to rest your head, try Westin Tysons Corner. This hotel welcomes small dogs at no additional fee. If you are traveling with a larger canine companion, TownePlace Suites by Marriott Falls Church may be a better choice, but does charge a pet fee. When you're feeling hungry, check out one of the local restaurants with dog-friendly outdoor seating, including La Caraquea and Sea Pearl.
