This pawesome park is located approximately 6 miles away from Harrisburg, in the Reedy Creek Nature Center. This fenced, off-leash park provides a separate area for small dogs to play safely. In this park, you can find everything that you need to have a pleasant day, including water poop bags, waste stations, benches, picnic tables, a wooded area of the park, plenty of space to romp and run, and so much more! Don't forget to bring a leash, though -- your pup will need to wear one if you want to explore outside the dog park.
The Preserve Dog Park is around 20 miles away from Harrisburg and is a local favorite. Well-maintained trails and natural areas are just a few of the furiffic amenities you'll find here. There is also a drinking fountain in the park for thirsty pups. You'll need to register your pooch and provide proof of current vaccinations in order to play here. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables for the humans, and most of them are in the shade of the beautiful trees that surround the park. The park is very clean and very well-maintained, so be sure to keep it that way by picking up after your pooch. Children under 10 are not allowed in the fenced area.
