This three-acre off-leash park is located right outside the North Crystal Lake Park neighborhood. Before going there, you'll have to visit the parks department and buy a passkey. Bull Valley Dog Park welcomes doggos of all shapes, sizes, and breeds in a nicely fenced off-leash area! If you decide to give it a shot, head 14 miles away from Harvard to Woodstock. This park, located a skip and a hop from the Prairie View apartment complex, is a simple, no-frills affair; it's just a large field that has proper fencing. Your dog will have seven acres of land to run through and explore. Make sure that you bring waste baggies and fresh water with you because these are not provided there. Also, you will need a permit for using this park -- permits are available both for residents and visitors.

West Lake in the Hills

Lake in the Hills Dog park is another furrific option in the vicinity, just 24 miles from Harvard. The park is properly fenced and allows doggies to explore the terrain off-leash.
