The Hudson River on the west boundary has piers and docks along it that harbor ships and a walkway and parks associated with it. Hell's Kitchen has sidewalks along roadways for pedestrians, however it is a busy Manhattan neighborhood, and there is lots of traffic, as is common on this island. Keep your dog leashed and look out for traffic entering and exiting side streets and parking lots, when walking with your dog in the neighborhood to ensure his safety and yours.
The famous Central Park is located on the border to the northeast of Hell's Kitchen. This park has miles of footpaths, cycling paths, and even equestrian trails. You and your dog can enjoy hours of strolling through this beautiful world class area.
