Located right next to Louise Hays Park in Kerrville’s quiet Water Street neighborhood, this little-known dog run has everything a pooch could ask for. There’s plenty of room to run in both the small and large dog areas, and fitter furry friends are sure to put the agility equipment to good use. Bag and water are provided, and there’s even a bucket full of free tennis balls! The only drawback is that the park doesn’t get much shade, so you might want to visit in the early morning or evening.

Kerrville’s Flat Rock Park is a real mutts-visit! The dog run here is huge -- there’s enough space for even the most rambunctious furball to leap about to their heart’s content, and if your doggo likes to swim, they’ll have a whale of a time splashing about in the river.
