Cat Rock Park may sound like a bit of a misnomer, but make no mistake -- this place is for canines, not cats! This park is located in Weston's Hastings neighborhood, around 15 miles away from Marlborough. Your pet will be so excited to play at this off-leash park that you will have to come back more than once! What makes this park so great is the wooded trails and the pond where your pooch can swim. There is a lot of open space for exercise; just be aware that this park is not fenced! You'll need to bring your own waste bags, because none are provided at the park.

A little bit further than the previous parks is the Lowell Dog Park, located in Lowell's Pawtucketville neighborhood, approximately 32 miles from Marlborough. The drive is well worth it for this pawesome park! The park is large enough so your pup can romp around, and there is plenty of seating available for the human visitors. Nearby parking makes visiting even more convenient. The ground is covered in gravel, and the park offers waste bags for cleaning up after your pooch. The park is safely fenced and all the people are friendly and well-behaved. (As are their dogs!) There are toys in the park, but there is no water source, so make sure you bring some with you.
