Weighing in at a hefty 3,300 acres, this park contains three lakes, a golf course, and the Long Creek Reservoir.  You and your dog can enjoy fishing and swimming in the lakes, a picnic in designated areas, and miles of walking trails. The Bonita Lake Trail is a looped trail spanning 5.8 miles, and your dog must stay leashed throughout. Keeping the leash on in the rest of the park is ideal, since there is often multiple activities happening, including horseback riding.

Highland Park is a beautiful park surrounded by trees. To get some scenic walking in, take your dog on the walking path. The park also includes basketball courts, a duck pond, tennis courts, baseball fields, and a picnic area, all perfect for you pup to explore. Along Highway 39 is a great 85-acre park in the Marion neighborhood that both you and your dog can enjoy. Northeast Park has an asphalt walking path and a running track, both perfect for you and your pup to get plenty of exercise in. The park is well lighted at night and has concession stands, tennis courts, a soccer field, a playground, pavilions, and restrooms, among other amenities. This large park is sure to have something for your pup, from tons of grass for your dog to roll around on to wide spaces for running. Your pup will be thanking you for the fun day at the park.
