Walden Meadows
Walden Meadows gets its name thanks to the sprawling fields that are scattered around the neighborhood. The Walden Park has plenty of these meadows, along with open spaces, paved trails, and access to the Jordan River that cuts right through the park. Dogs must remain on a leash at the park, but can swim, play and go for a nice long walk to get all that energy out. Other features include water fountains, benches, and trash bins. The Hidden Village Park is in the center of the community, and provides residents with an open area, and a perimeter trail for walks and play. Murray Heritage District
Murray Heritage District is an older neighborhood, with historic buildings and some of the first land that was incorporated in the town. In the middle of the urban buildings is Grant Park, a recreational park with four enclosed baseball diamonds, paved paths, grassy fields, and shaded sitting areas. Dogs are welcome in the park while they are leashed and can even roam on the ballfields as long as no teams are playing, but you will have to remember to bring clean-up bags with you. You'll also have to remember to eat and when you do, you should head to the Corner Bakery Cafe. The cafe has dog-friendly seating for pups, complimentary water bowls, and some delicious vanilla treats for Fido!
