Southern Paradise is home to Sunset Dog Park, which locals say is sure to have your dog barking in joy! This off-leash dog park has plenty of room for your pup to run around. Sunset Dog Park has a hose so that your pup can stay cool even under the hot sun, and plenty of benches and tables mean that you can also enjoy the dog park – all while your pooch gets his exercise in. There is a separate section of the park for small dogs. Doggy bags are not provided, so you’ll need to bring along your own.
Located about 10 minutes from Paradise is Las Vegas’s Strip, and just beyond that, you’ll find Silverado Ranch Dog Park. This popular spot for dog owners has three separate sections: one for smaller dogs, another for larger dogs, and another unspecified section; many locals suspect it’s for less-socialized dogs. This bark park has plenty of room for your pooch to run around, and there’s also a lot of seating for puppy parents. This park has water spigots to wash your pooch down after play time, and there are even lights for nighttime playtime. This is an off-leash dog park.
Located in Western Las Vegas’s Spring Valley is Desert Breeze Dog Park, where you and your pooch will definitely have a ball! This spacious dog park features separate areas for large and small dogs. There are numerous tables and benches for pup parents to take a breather on; sit back and relax while your dog runs around with his pawesome new friends! Desert Breeze Dog Park also supplies a hose for washing Fido down and bags to clean up any messes he might make. This bark park is fully fenced-in and does not require a leash.
Eastern Las Vegas, located just north of Paradise, is home to not one but two restaurants where Fido can join you. Crown and Anchor British Pub serves up classic pub food and offers a wide variety of beer; they also offer dog-friendly outdoor seating so that your four-legged pal can join in on the fun! Sammy’s L.A. Pastrami & Burgers prides itself on being “totally dog friendly” and offers water and snacks for all dogs, so your pooch can enjoy a meal while you dine on huge, delicious burgers. A leash is required at both restaurants.
