Keep in mind that it is paved with asphalt, which, on a hot day, could hurt your canine friend’s paws. You will also need to bring your own waste bags, as those are not provided.

When visiting New York, who doesn’t want to go and check out Central Park? It’s even better when you can bring your pup with you! Central Park is an on-leash dog Park, but between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m., dogs can be off their leashes. There are doggy water fountains all through the park, and there are other dogs for your fur baby to meet. There are a lot of grassy areas for your pup to play in, and there are plenty of trails to walk on. Keep in mind that a lot of the walking is done on pavement. Also, there are plenty of trees for you and your pooch if it gets too hot or if you just want shade.
