Canterbury Hill is on the northern edge of Rome, and although it does not have a hill, it does have lots of places Fido can run around and exercise. One of those places includes Eddy Park, a small, square park with lots of leg room, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and picnic shelter. The area is surrounded by trees for privacy and gives Fido a safe place to run around and play, although he must remain on a leash. There are water fountains, trash bins, and benches at the park. For a longer walk, you and Fido should head out on the Canalway Trail. This trail is a whopping 279 miles in all, with 9 miles of the trail resting in the city limits of Rome. Colonial Park
The neighborhood of Colonial Park can get pretty busy, with bustling streets and active residential homes.
