Shoreline Park is a popular 14.6-acre coastal park that includes a playground, a group picnic area, sidewalks, park benches, beach access stairs and the opportunity for people and pups to view whales! Dogs are allowed off-leash on the beach from the Shoreline Park Staircase to the eastern edge of the Arroyo Burro Estuary and are allowed on-leash everywhere else in Shoreline Park. If you’re visiting from out of town, there is a private home a couple of blocks from the beach that is dog-friendly.
