Tooele is one of the most gorgeous and diverse places to live. Only a few minutes from the Great Salt Lake, the city is located near theĀ  Deseret Peak Complex. With so many places to explore and get outside, 3 animal hospitals, and dog-friendly city parks, its no wonder why humans and their pups flock to the small town.

One of the best city parks to head out to is the Dow James Memorial Park. With over 20 acres of well-kept fields, there is plenty of space for you and Fido to run around in. There's an enclosed baseball diamonds, shaded sitting areas, paved walkways, soccer fields, a playground, a pavilion, and nighttime lights. Dogs must remain on a leash inside the park, and can enjoy water fountains, benches, and clean-up stations.

England Acres is a gorgeous little park on the east side of town, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountain peaks. The park has a large area, surrounded by a paved trail that goes up to a mile in distance. Leashed pups can enjoy the freedom to run around or get a decent walk, with additional amenities like water fountains, a playground, benches, a clean-up station, and trash bins.

Tooele won't only provide you with a unique and scenic landscape to explore, but also plenty of places to spend the day out with your pup.
