Grab Fido and head over to the Topanga Lookout Trail for an amazing hike with your furry pal. This 2-mile hike has an out-and-back route that will take you through the Santa Monica and Santa Susana Mountains. While hiking you will get a beautiful view of the Red Rock Canyon with a 160-foot elevation gain. The climb may be a little difficult at first, but the view will be worth it for you and Fido. Make sure to bring water for your pup since the climb can take around an hour, and there isn't any water available along the way. Pay attention to signage since the trail can be a bit confusing, and since there aren't any trail maps, be prepared for an adventure!
