A rising star of central Tennessee, Tullahoma is a modern, medium-sized city with a special allure. Serving as a hub for aviation activities and industries, the city is eager to excite and entertain both citizens and visitors. You'll spot some parks here, as well as retail shops and exquisite eateries spread all over the area. The city has a well-developed system of animal hospitals, so your pal will be in good hands in case of emergency or mishap.

If you're looking for something different to do that doesn't involve visiting a dog park, check out the Beechcraft Heritage Museum, adjacent to the Tullahoma Regional Airport. This is a great activity to enjoy with your leashed pup, especially if you're a history buff. The original aviation museum tells the story of Beechcraft airplanes and welcomes all pooches to roam off-leash on the grounds, and visit the museum inside on-leash. Museums which allow pets inside are rare, so take advantage of this unique op-paw-tunity, and don't forget to stop by the gift shop!

Daddy Billy’s Restaurant and Bar in the city center is an amazing example of a dog-friendly eatery with great craft beer and extremely delicious appetizers. Outdoor tables are available to share a meal with your pooch. If your mutt is super well-behaved, you may let him roam a bit around the tables.

If, after all that fun in downtown, you're finally craving an outdoor activity, head to Mountain Goat Trail in Sewanee. This dog-friendly hiking trail is the pawfect place to enjoy an outdoor adventure admiring the beauty and wilderness of central Tennessee.
