Here you will find the puptastic Glaeser Park where you can enjoy some playtime with your pup and explore 24 acres of land together. There is an open field where you can play fetch and tug of war, as well as a walking path where you can stretch your and your canine’s legs. In addition, other furrific amenities at Glaeser Park you can enjoy include a basketball court, baseball fields, pavilion, playground for the kids, sand volleyball court, restrooms and a soccer field.
To go on an adventure with your furry friend, jump in the car and head to the puptown of Richton Park! Here you will find the pawsome Helen A. Jones Park, where your canine can enjoy some exercise and playtime in the sun. Check out the sniff-tastic trail that goes around the park where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, as well as plenty of trees that provide shade when it is sunny outside. There are also a bunch of puptastic amenities here you can use, including picnic areas, a playground for the kids, a shelter and a ball field.
Not far from University Park, you will find the puptown of Park Forest, which is hope to the pawsome Somonauk Park! Here there is lots of green grass that your pooch will love to explore, as well as a walking path that where you can enjoy a wander during the day. It winds around the whole park, and there are trees that will provide you and your pooch with shade when it is hot outside.
