This very pooch-oriented neighborhood is also home to two dog friendly eateries, Ca Ce Phin Vietnamese Cafe and 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza, both of which welcome canine companions at their outdoor tables. The facilities are also fantastic, with two large, separate areas for large and small dogs, water, waste bags and a rinsing station. While you’re in the area, why not take a walk along the Boardwalk Trail in Challenger Seven Memorial Park? The town of Pearland is home to the Independence Dog Park, a lovely little spot thirteen miles from Webster. Like the Bark Park at Countryside, this park contains separate areas for big and little pups, and a well-thought-out obstacle course that's sure to get your pup’s tail wagging. Unlike the Bark Park, however, the Independence Dog Park does not have a rinsing area, so it’s best to be careful after heavy rain! There are restrooms for owners around the edge of the park, and plenty of doggy bags available on-site, but be sure to bring your own water.
