Dog Areas in Westborough

Westborough, Massachusetts is located in Worcester County, about 45 minutes outside of Boston. Although Westborough wasn’t officially incorporated until 1715, its origins can be traced much further back – like, way back. In fact, it’s known that the area we call Westborough was actually frequented in 7000 BC. There’s no need to reread that date; you read it correctly. Back then, the area was a crossroads for nomadic people. Today, Westborough has several homes on the National Register of Historic Places. If you’re a history buff, you definitely need to add a visit to Westborough to your to-do list.

Chances are, however, that your dog doesn’t care about Westborough’s history. Your dog just wants to have fun a good time with you! Unfortunately, Westborough doesn’t have any dog parks or dog-friendly dining options. If you’re looking to enjoy an outing with your dog, you’ll have to visit a nearby city. Fortunately, if you need care for your sick or injured pup, there are a couple of veterinarian clinics in the town, so you won’t have to go too far to find help. Westborough is a beautiful town with a rich, colorful history. Whether you’re looking to visit or settle down, check it out!
