The Katherine Legge Memorial Lodge Dog Park in Hinsdale is about an eight-minute drive from Western Springs. The park has designated hours in which dogs can play off their leashes and meet some new friends. There’s even a calm little stream your dogs can splash in on hot days! Just under ten miles from Western Springs is Willow Springs, where you’ll find the John Husar I&M Canal Trail, a dog-friendly, multi-use trail that’s a pawfect place for you and your dog to have some fun outdoors.
