To use the dog park, you will need to obtain a passkey from the Wyoming City Hall and pay a small fee, but the amenities are well worth it. There are separate areas for big and little dogs to keep them all safe, and drinking water is available. Marquette Park itself is also worth exploring, with plenty of space, a toilet block and a shelter with grill so you can cook up a pawsome feast for the family.

If you are looking to paws for a meal with your pooch in tow, head to the Fresh Coast Kitchen in the heart of town. Here, you can take one of their outdoor tables and have a little lunch or dinner with your pup. The Buck Creek Nature Preserve in Wyoming will take you on a 2.3 mile tour along Buck Creek for an easy walk with your pooch amongst the trees.
