Sierra Vista Southeast is a pawsome town found in Cochise County, Arizona. You will find that this puptastic place is often referred to as Hereford or Nicksville. But, no matter what you call this furrific community, there are lots of dog friendly activities you can enjoy! To make sure your pup is fit and healthy, there are six veterinary clinics and animal hospitals nearby in Sierra Vista.
When you are in Sierra Vista Southeast, you have got to visit Pizzeria Mimosa! This is a puptastic dog friendly restaurant where you enjoy a bite to eat and spend some time with your pup. Tuck into some delicious pizza and sit out at one of the outdoor tables. Your furry friend will love to chill out and relax while you eat!
A pawsome place that you can stay when you are visiting Sierra Vista Southeast is the Reef Ground Area Campground. This is a puptastic place where you can get back to nature and still enjoy the outdoors. Camp out under the stars and park your vehicle here where your furry friend is welcome to join you. All pups can be top dog here, as long as they remain on leash.

One of the best places to bring your pooch for some fun is Tompkins Park Dog Park in Sierra Vista! This is a puptastic dog park located in Tompkins Park where your beloved canine can run and roam off leash. The dog park is all fenced in for safe play. There are dog waste bags in case you furgot your own, as well as water fountains and benches for enjoying a rest. There is no better place in town for socializing and making new furry friends. For some exercise, there are also sniff-tastic walking paths around Tompkins Park that you can explore with your pup on leash.
If you are visiting Sierra Vista Southeast and need somewhere to stay for the night with your furry friend, check out the pawsome Quality Inn. This is located not far away in the town of Sierra Vista. Here you can bring three pups with you of any size for only a small additional fee per night. There is also the Holiday Inn where you can enjoy comfortable accommodation. Stay here with two pooches of any size for a small additional fee per night. In addition, you can leave your pup if he is crate trained if you need to pop out for a short time.
For a pawsome day out with our beloved companion, head north from Sierra Vista Southeast to Sierra Vista! Here you will find the puptastic Nancy Hakes Park, where your pooch can enjoy some exercise and playtime. There are some trees worth investigating, as well as lots of open space for running and roaming. You can also play fetch here with your canine’s favorite ball or Frisbee. There are other furrific amenities at Nancy Hakes Park, including a playground structure and swings for the kids, and picnic tables where you can relax and enjoy a treat with your furry friend.
If you are looking for a puptastic place where you can enjoy something to eat with your furry friend, check out Josie’s Frozen Yogurt in Sierra Vista! This is a furrific place where you can enjoy a sweet treat of some frozen yogurt to satisfy your sweet tooth with a variety of tasty toppings you can choose from. In particular, the cake batter is a local favorite! Your pooch is welcome to join you at Josie’s Frozen Yogurt at one of the outdoor tables. Just be sure someone can watch your pup, as there is no table service available here.
To retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, head north to Sierra Vista! Here you can visit the Veteran’s Memorial Park, which is a furrific green spot in town that will be paradise for your furry friend. There is lots of open space that is perfect for playing fetch or tug of war with your canine, as well as some trees for your pooch to scout around. There is also some pawsome playground equipment that your kids can play on and enjoy, as well as some picnic tables where you can sit and watch your doggo run, roam and have fun.
