Culver City borders this neighborhood on 3 sides and Marina Del Rey and Venice beach are located on the west side of the community, providing a fantastic destination for walking with your dog, easily accessible with a short drive by vehicle. This residential neighborhood is serviced by six schools, and business that include shops and restaurants along the main arteries. Businesses along major arteries have less landscaping and even more pavement and sun exposure. Many areas feature good sidewalks and boulevards that separate dogs and their owners from traffic while enjoying a walk, but this is a busy central area close to the beach and there can be a lot of traffic, so be sure to keep your pooch leashed and be aware of activity in the area.
