“The more people I meet, the more I love my dog”

Hi there! My name is Molly and I have owned dogs all my life. Growing up I cared for our two Golden Retrievers, Corgis, Australian Shepherd/Bernese Mountain dog mix, and little Pomeranian. I now have a very silly German Shepherd mix! I love to take pups out for a run on the trails and am just as happy to take a slow stroll with a senior dog.

Dog Walking in Black Hawk

This quaint city was settled during the Gold Rush in 1859. It was a little gold rush mining town that became popular during the Pike’s Peak Gold Rush. Black Hawk is located near the northern part of Clear Creek. This location made it a great place for the settlers who were looking to mine gold in the area. Black Hawk is also known for its gambling and casinos.

Want to take your pal on a dinner date while in Black Hawk? You'll definitely need to stop by The Last Shot! They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner here and there is seating on the patio for you and your canine friend to enjoy a meal together. There is also a small dock where you and your pal can burn off those calories after you finish your meal. Your furry friend will need to stay on his leash while you are here, though, so be sure to bring one.

This city is small, but it has a great scenic view for you and Fido to enjoy no matter where you are. Black Hawk, Colorado doesn't have a lot of other amenities for dogs, but you will find more activities just a short drive outside of the city.
