Pineridge is a vast community spanning both sides of Dixon Boulevard, close to North Cocoa Boulevard and Clearlake Road. Most of this area is filled with single-family homes packed close together with only modest yards that give you just enough room for the kids and the family dog to play. These are well-established neighborhoods, many of which have been here since the 1950s and 1960s. A large percentage of the houses are of cinder block construction, which was typical during this time period.

There is a Save-a-Lot supermarket on Dixon Boulevard and, on the corner of Dixon and Clearlake, there is Harvey's Supermarket and a Walgreens.
