This four-story building houses 44 condos and is located on S Halifax Avenue between Main Street and E International Speedway Blvd. Living here puts you close to the Peabody Auditorium which hosts a number of concerts each year. You are also right next door to the world-famous Main Street where thousands of bikes and bikers invade during Bike Week every February.
The beach is a five-minute drive away, as are many of the best restaurants and nightclubs in the city. Shopping and dog parks are back over on the mainland side, but it's only a short drive over one of the two nearby bridges.
Summers here tend to include weeks of blue skies, 100% humidity, and temperatures in the 90s, which can be challenging to get used to, but you will find it worth the effort!
