Sutherlands is a tiny neighborhood on N Ridgewood Ave. close to the Fairview Ave Bridge. Being this close to the bridge means being only minutes away from the World's Most Famous Beach and all of the many restaurants and nightclubs found all up and down A1A. You don't have to drive over to the beachside to eat out as there are a number of excellent restaurants on this side of the Halifax River.

The fresh air coming off the Halifax River along with the opportunity to watch the boats cruising past makes going for walks here very pleasant.

There is a small amphitheater and plenty of trails for the two of you to follow along with a dock running out into the water for you to fish off of. There is plenty of room for both you and your dog to get in plenty of good healthy exercise on any given day of the year.
