Tiffany Homes is a neighborhood of new luxurious townhomes by the Venetian Bay golf course on the west side of I-95 and to the north of SR-44. The homes here are new enough that there are still a lot of empty lots waiting for new tenants.

Many of those who choose to live out here do so for the peace and quiet; others for the chance to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thankfully, even though you might live far enough out of town to be in a quiet neighborhood, you can be in the central part of town in fifteen to twenty minutes.

If you need groceries, dog food, or a place to have a drink in the evening, you have to head back into town where you can find everything you need. Along with this, you will see the two causeways leading over to the beach with its world-class surf.

Where once stood wide swaths of forests, new housing developments have been going in at an incredible pace. The land here is flat and unexciting and has been cleared for many acres. To the south of the community is a small patch of woods and a paved walking trail you can follow in one form or another around several of the nearby communities when you are taking your dog for daily walks.

The only truly busy road is Airport Road to the west as it is the main artery to SR-44 and Pioneer Trail. Both of these roads will take you back into town. SR-44 is the connector for I-4, so you can expect a fair amount of traffic on this road, but as long as the two of you stay away from it, your walks should be relatively peaceful and safe providing you pay attention to everything going on around you.

The community has a wide band of forest to the south and there are several more just like it in the nearby areas. However, living this far sets you within a few minutes' drive of the South Tomoka Wildlife Management Area. The WMA is part of the greater Tiger Bay State Forest and WMA. This area measures well in excess of 30,000 acres and offers trails for hiking, biking, horseback riding, and dog walking.

While you and your dog are hiking the many trails here, be sure to keep your eyes open for some of the local residents like black bear, bald eagles, whitetail deer, and possibly even a wild boar or two. It's recommended to give these animals a wide berth and keep your pup securely on a leash.

Don't forget your mosquito repellant! The muggy Florida weather tends to attract these little pests no matter where you go.
