Proctor Creek runs through the park and there is a large natural treed area around the creek and on the north side with natural trails for walking.
Anderson Park is a short walk to the south of Center Hill and provides sports fields and facilities to area residents. The Lionel Hampton Trail can be accessed in this area and this 1.2-mile greenway is hard surfaced and shared by hikers and cyclists, so keep your dog leashed and watch for two-wheeled traffic.
The Westside Reservoir Park is located to the east and provides a large natural area on the site of an old quarry. The park has lots of greenway trails to explore with your hiking hound!
