Duke Forest is a little way from Downtown Durham but it is the perfect place to explore with your pooch when you have a little more time on your hands. The forest totals 7,000 acres and the diverse area is teeming with adventure. You will find an abundance of space that is perfect for a game of fetch! The spacious forest is the perfect place to let your pooch blow off some steam. 

Another great place to take your pooch is Northgate Park which is located just north of the downtown. This park is a firm favourite with dog walkers from across the area. The beautiful, well-kept park has lots on offer. Your pooch will love playing in the grassy fields!
