This puptown is found in Rockland County, New York, and is not far from Tappan in the north and Blauvelt in the south. To make sure that your beloved companion is fit and healthy, there are two veterinary clinics in Orangeburg, as well as more animal hospitals in the surrounding areas of Sparkhill and Norwood that you can visit.

When you are in Orangeburg, you have got to make time to visit Independence Park with your pooch! This is a pawsome green spot in town where you can bring your canine for some exercise in the fresh air, as well as a game of fetch. There is a wooded area here that you can explore, with the big trees providing plenty of shade when it gets hot outside. Your pup will have so much fun here, with a fenced in run and play area where your canine can enjoy being off leash. There is lots of grass, and separate areas for small pups and larger canines. There is shade here on a sunny day, but be sure to bring some fresh water for your panting pooch. A membership is required to use Piermont Dog Run, but it is worth every penny!

This includes the ’76 House where you can enjoy being in the oldest tavern in New York, as well as some pawsome American dishes.
