Dog Walking in Phelps

The village of Phelps is in Ontario County and is known for their annual sauerkraut festival. Although this town is small, there are a few great parks to run around, and a nice trail to hike along. With one veterinarian in town, your dog will be in good hands while you explore Phelps together.

Visit the Crooked Bridge Park, one of the newest parks in Phelps which offers a lovely park by the creek where you and your dog can stop in for a walk and splash in the creek to cool down. There is a nice grass area for fetch, and they even provide clean-up bags for your dog in case you forget yours. Throughout the park, there are chairs and benches scattered about, giving you plenty of places to sit down and relax.

Grab a drink at Crafty Ales & Lagers. This small brewery offers unique beer concoctions that you won't find at other breweries, and their outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax with your four-legged friend. They're open Wednesday-Sunday, so you have plenty of time to stop in.

Your pup will love hanging around Phelps with you and checking out all the pawsome amenities this small village offers.
