I have owned dogs since I was 7 years old and have always care for them myself. I have taken onsite and online behavior/ training classes and take responsibility to socialize and train all my dogs. My current dog is and previous dog was a trained therapy dog with hospice. I volunteered at Lollipop Farm, an amazing animal shelter in Rochester, NY where I worked to help socialize animals through walks and interactions with people and other animals. I adore animals of all types and of course dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds. I also love the outdoors and one of my very favorite things is walking with my dog!

“Must love dogs”

Hi my name is Kris. I’m a NYS retiree looking to fill my free time doing something I love. Someone once said they get along with dogs better than some people. I totally agree, if my dogs don’t like you they may notice something I’ve missed. I’ve owned all kinds of dogs, large and small. Can’t imagine life without multiple dogs. At one time I had 5-a rottie, mastiff, golden retriever and two pugs. If you let me walk your dog you can rest assured he/she will be taken care of as I would my own!

Dog Walking in Plainville

Just 20 miles outside of Syracuse, Plainville, NY is home to the Plainville Turkey Farm. Surrounded by farmland, this is the perfect place to relax in peace and quiet. Being in the country doesn’t mean that you and your fur baby have to go without your wants and needs, though!

Plainville isn't as large or as dog-friendly as some of its neighbors, so you'll have to travel a bit to find some dog-friendly amenities. There are 13 veterinary practices and 20 pet-friendly hotels in the surrounding areas, so you and Fido won't have to worry about your basic needs. Keep those tails wagging and bring your pup along with you when it’s time to eat. With over 50 pet-friendly places to dine in the vicinity, it will be easy to satisfy your appetites!

Looking for a pawfect place for your pup to run and get their exercise? You'll find plenty of parks just a short drive from Plainville! One of the best dog parks in the area is located a little under 30 minutes from Plainville, in Liverpool. It provides everything you and Fido need to have a good time, including trails that welcome leashed dogs, obstacle courses, and doggie waste stations for convenient clean-ups.
