Linworth Village is a small residential neighborhood located in the northern suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. Columbus is located centrally in the state. You will find several well-known universities like Ohio State University, the headquarters for Wendy's, Big Lots, Bob Evans, White Castle, and Cardinal Health, a professional hockey team, and plenty of museums and theaters in this major metropolis.

Linworth Village, being a small residential neighborhood, is largely composed of standalone, single-family homes. Besides these houses, Linworth Village is also home to a church, several large greenways, a large lake, a handful of nationally-known restaurants, and a gas station. Other amenities like shopping complexes, grocery stores, and schools can be found in surrounding neighborhoods.

Columbus distinctly experiences all four seasons. Winter months can be extremely cold and windy, however, compared to other nearby cities, Columbus winters are relatively dry with little rainfall or snowfall. Summer months, on the other hand, are muggy and warm with high levels of humidity.

Even though Linworth Village is a suburb of a major metropolitan city, it has a relatively good balance of artificial and natural terrain. This is in large part to the many large greenways and the river that run along the eastern border of this neighborhood. This is perfect for you and Fido as you can choose to stay within the residential neighborhoods which have sidewalks, or you can venture out on one of the many walking paths through the different public parks.

Linworth Village, including the parks, is also relatively flat, so you and your furry friend should not encounter any steep hills that will make your daily walk too strenuous or difficult.

The boundaries of Linworth Village include West Dublin Granville Road and Larkstone Drive to the north, Linworth Road and Olentangy River to the east, Bethel Road to the south, and railroad tracks with Olentangy River Road to the west.

This greenway is known for the larger trail that runs through it and connects to other nearby parks. This is a perfect spot for you and Fido if you're looking to escape the more suburban environment and get into a more serene, natural setting.

The second greenway is Antrim Park which is also connected via walking trails to Olentangy Park. Antrim Park is home to Antrim Lake, more walking trails, athletic fields, a playground, a wildlife area, and a picnicking area for you and Fido to rest at.

Other nearby parks include Godown Park, Rush Run Park, Sycamore Hills Park, Kenney Park, and Broadmeadows Park. Godown Park is a greenway that is solely dedicated to pups, as there are fenced-in areas for both large and small breeds.
