Hillsboro West End is a residential neighborhood located to the south of downtown Nashville, Tennessee. As you walk through this neighborhood, you will get to enjoy looking at the adorably cute houses with massive trees lining the front yards. While these standalone, single-family homes are standard, there is a condominium complex in the southern part of the neighborhood. Along the borders of the region, you will find grocery stores, local restaurants, banks, and other local businesses. Throughout the neighborhood, there are also a few churches and schools. 


Beyond Hillsboro West End, Nashville is a popular and growing city! Long known for being the home to country music, Nashville is much more than the music industry. It is also home to several prominent universities and colleges, professional sports teams, a thriving nightlife, and several museums and historic landmarks. Hillsboro West End has three public parks within its boundaries. The largest of these greenways is Fannie Mae Dees Park, located on the northern border of Hillsboro West End. Affectionately called Dragon Park, Fannie Mae Dees Park has a large playground, fields for general recreation, tennis courts, gazebos and picnicking shelters, and a mosaic art installation in the shape of a dragon!


The second public park in Hillsboro West End is Love Park which is located on the western side of the neighborhood. Known as Nashville's version of "Lover's Lane," this small hill has a great view of the city and is a popular location to watch the sunset. 

The last greenway is St. Bernard Park, located in the southeast corner of this neighborhood. This quiet park is a perfect place for a leisurely stroll as it has plenty of walking trails and benches for you to rest on when you get tired.
