Some of the locations in the area include Texas Animal Control Solutions, the Jan Reese-Jones Animal Care Center, and Dallas Animal Services.

There are also some great grooming locations which are great for residents in the neighborhood. It gives them an easy way to maintain the cleanliness of their pets which is vital for their health and happiness. Some great locations in the area include Dirty Dog Depot and Uptown Dog.

This neighborhood actually happens to fall in one of the greenest areas of Dallas, Texas. This is due to a higher number of well-maintained parks in this area. Although this is a great addition, the area is still very artificial overall. This can be a great perk, however, for those who like the city because they can enjoy the city while still having some greener locations to take their furry friends.

This area is also extremely flat. Although this does add to the list of reasons why this area would not be great for avid nature enthusiasts, for some people, the flat terrain actually has some upsides. One that pairs nicely with this big city is the ability to travel to several different great local shops, restaurants, parks, and more without tiring out. This is due to the decrease in energy exerted on less hilly terrain mixed with the relative closeness of just about everything.

Although there are several green spaces in the area, they are almost all neighborhood parks, making this a great location for casual, everyday dog walks. One great example of this is Trinity Overlook Park. This beautiful green space has views of downtown Dallas and the Dallas floodway, a pond with beautiful architectural structures.

Some other great neighborhood park locations include the Dixon Branch Greenbelt, Pueblo Park, Kessler Parkway Park, Trammell Crow Park, Beverly Hills Park, Moss Park, Helen C. Emory Park, Bickers Park, and Tipton Park.

One of the more unique parks is Kidd Springs Park. This park was especially designed with kids in mind and has a whimsical and fun feel to it that makes parents happy and kids ecstatic. It is the perfect place to get the whole family involved in Fido's daily walks. Another more unique location is Fish Trap Lake Park. This traditional lake park is a great place to spend the day.
